Australia's paradise coast.

Queensland is seemingly endless paradise beaches rimmed with beautiful jungle and ultra-clean towns. It has one of the highest qualities of life in the world, for all these reasons.

I studied abroad in Queensland, at James Cook University in Townsville, as a sophomore in college. It was certainly some of the best times of my life thus far. Though I was young, and a novice traveller, and Google Maps wasn't very extensive, and was still able to reach some neat places in this vast province, like Porcupine Gorge. I also had my entire backpack stolen in Airlie Beach, losing nearly everything I owned, including my passport and wallet. It was a transformative period in my life, being only 19 years old and 10,000 miles from home and having the most fun.
