Steamy jungle isthmus.

Panama is crawling with venomous creepy crawlies. The jungle here even has venemous thorny plants. As a result, a lot of the jungle is underexplored. The coasts can have sharks as well. Exciting, to say the least.

I met a friend for a week of backpacking in Panama, seeing the big city, the San Blas islands, and the gorgeous Anton valley. Everyone speaks Spanish, there's plenty of colonial history in the sweaty towns, and nothing feels better than cooling down in the warm waters of the Caribbean.
