Under-travelled.

While not unknown, Bulgaria does not receive many travellers. Those that do visit generally go to the overrated beaches.

I spent a week in Bulgaria on my Global Cycling Tour. Towns are quiet and the countryside is pleasant. As a whole, it's not an extremely remarkable country. I mostly enjoyed it for being able to experience a place I knew so little about.
